I recently took two of Desiree's classes. They were the "Outlook" class and the "Website" class. I've been to hundreds of classes in my real estate career, but none like these! Desiree is an instructor like no other! There's not a minute wasted in her classes and she definitely has the gift of teaching. Her delightful personality and wonderful sense of humor combined with her patience and genuine love of people make it a fun and valuable learning experience. She is extremely knowledgeable about technology and what realtors need to know today. I know I will be signing up for all the classes she offers because after taking her classes, I find it impossible to even think about attending those monotonous, boring classes I used to take. If she offers a class in the area I need, I'm going to be there! And the fun doesn't stop after the class, because she keeps in touch and offers help and advice after the class is long over! I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to catch up in the technology department or needs a refresher course. You'll find that she will be your teacher and your friend.

Desiree Savory has been a colleague of mine for the last nine years. We first met when she was working as a team member for a contract trainer that our company was using. We eventually became more closely connected when I became the in-house trainer for a Coldwell Banker franchise and I contacted Desiree to see if we could hire her on a contract basis to perform the technology portions of our new agent training program.
Desiree and I worked on a monthly basis for three years and I cannot praise her enough. First of all, as a technology trainer she has no equal. Her training methods are directed toward the needs of her students -- whether in a large group or individual. She has infiite patience and is never condescending. The students ranged from 20-year olds to people on their second and third careers in their 50s and 60s. She knows exactly what to say and do. She was always kind (when others would have run out of the room screaming), and never turned anyone down who needed extra help. Even though our business association ended in 2004, we had become such good friends over the years that we stay in touch.
Over the three years that we worked most closely together, we developed the programs that were needed, with Desiree writing the training manuals and always going the extra mile. The classes I have observed her teaching were of a wide variety. They were email/Internet and numerous real estate-specific programs. Her session evaluations never varied -- always the highest marks the students could give. Her technical knowledge goes without saying, but there is much, much more. Whether in the classroom or as a virtual trainer and coach, Desiree's wonderful sense of humor shines through. I cannot say enough nice things about her -- both as a person and as a trainer/coach.

I must admit this is an unusual letter. It is not often that I write these days, and I’ve never written a letter like this. But I’m compelled because I wanted to share some information that may be very helpful and financially advantageous to you as a Realtor®.
In the past few weeks I had the wonderful experience of learning more computer skills and getting my web site set up. Yes, I know, learning new computer programs is usually up there with paying taxes, getting a root canal and dieting as experiences that we anticipate with anguish.
The person I worked with is Desiree Savory. She is head and shoulders above the rest of the computer pros I have used in the past. I was resistant to try her “virtual meetings”, but after working with her in just one virtual meeting it became clear to me this was a much superior way of getting the job done.
